ARC Application
The Architectural Change Application is available as a PDF. For repaints of the same color or grey roofs with architectural asphalt shingles we need one signed copy. For all other changes, we need 5 copies dropped off in the dropbox by the pool or with the property manager. Please keep a copy for your own records.
